We'll have to work on what is and is not appropriate while driving... :) Love that he loves to read!
Annalee had her 2 month well check (those sweet chunky thighs each had shots).
She was 12 lbs. 12 oz (75th %)
24 inches long (97th %)
Overall, she did very well!
We had taken Connor to the emergency room earlier that week. While I was holding his hand, leaving church, he pulled back to look at something and sat down and I felt a pop. Turns out his elbow had popped out of place (which apparently is common and happened to me when I was little), and after much debate and phone calls with the triage nurse (it was way too late for Urgent Care), Jonathan took him to a children's emergency room, where they popped it right back in. It's called "Nursemaid's Elbow" and happens because the ligaments can be loose until about age 5. At Annalee's 2 month appointment, their doctor showed us how to fix it if it were to happen again and we couldn't get to our regular doc! So, hopefully it will never happen again or be a simple fix in the future if it does!
In big Connor news, we finally turned his carseat around to face the front (at 20+ months)! He was beyond thrilled.
We had a fun picnic with our Sunday School class at a newly redone park with a lake and a great playground!
Lindsay: "Levi, say cheese!" Levi: "I'm climbing!" Ha! Hence the stony looks, I suppose!
Preparing for Mom's favorite...the climbing wall!
What a great dad he is...squeezing down the squiggly slide.
Diagonal teeter totters...quite a few of the kids tried to match up with Jonathan+Connor!
"Ta Da!"
Precious. Don't even know who that little girl is in the background, but I enjoy her in this picture!
Pretty!
Going for a pose in a new t-shirt...
"Uh-nee!"
I asked Connor if he wanted to wear this shirt and he walked around saying "Ernie! Ernie!" for at least 30 minutes. Poor Bert. ;)
